Good service. Cheaper than in Moscow. Drinks included.

Relaxed arrival before departure, friendly baggage check, nice waiting room with everything your heart desires. Highly recommended, especially the time savings overall, in addition to the peace.

We found the VIP service at the DUS very disappointing. The first time we came "too early" and were sent to the normal terminal. At least we were allowed to leave the luggage there and not have to lug it around. The "catering" later was well below average. Packaged chocolate bars and Bifi, warm wines. First boarding then didn't work out either, but it was probably due to the airline. At the second attempt a few months later (everybody gets a second chance) 72 hours before departure (short haul) were "too short notice" for the VIP service in Düsseldorf. Self-perception and reality when it comes to * service * are really miles apart, unfortunately.

Good service. Friendly staff. If you want to enjoy a vacation from the first minute without having to queue (security check, check in etc) I can only recommend VIP Dusseldorf Airport. Prices are reasonable for this service.

Here begins the holiday. Very friendly staff. Lounge very nicely furnished with every comfort. We felt very comfortable and were checked in without stress We will be back soon.
